By using the website or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in to messages.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide. Content on this site is provided for general information about Geneva Academy and is subject to change.
3. SMS text-messaging program
Program description and use cases. Geneva Academy offers a text-messaging (SMS) program so that families can receive timely school communications. If you opt in, the types of messages you may receive include:

- Admissions and enrollment communications.
- Billing and tuition reminders.
- Emergency, closure, and weather notifications.
How to opt in. You provide your express consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS opt-in box on one of our forms, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive messages. Providing consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on school activity and the notifications that apply to your family.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any such charges from your carrier.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further messages to that number unless you opt in again. Carrier liability. Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other wireless carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to the SMS program. If you are under 18, you may opt in only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
